Jilly's is a studio gallery of local artist Jill Barnes located in downtown Muskegon on the corner of 4th and Western. The hours of the gallery are 10-6:00 Monday -Friday and Saturdays 10 til 5:00. Fused glass jewelry, also referred to as dichroic glass jewelry, embodies amazing luster, opal-like depth of color, and sparkling radiance - the irresistible elements that are attracting women and collectors everywhere. I am Jill Barnes, a glass artist with my studio gallery in Muskegon Michigan. I have been an artist all my life and invite you to enhance your collection with the concept of wearable glass art. You will find hand-crafted dichroic jewelry for everyday and special occasions. Wall pieces that will change with the lighting in the room and brilliant bowls with distinctive style. Jilly can create your pet into a keepsake ornament or desk piece. Jilly enjoys demonstating her clay so don't hesitate to ask for a demonstration. Lately Jill has tried her hand at carving, stop in and check out her carved moose antler or sign on corner of the building. All of her pieces are hand made and "one of a kind" Glass, Sand, Clay, metal. and drift wood. Her imagination is Whimsical & Crazy! She really creates all of her art. It's a great place to see and to be seen.
